Lucky Triple 888 Dollar Bill

I recently listened to an audiobook that ignited me into action around voicing my desires, especially as they relate to business and fundraising. Of course, like everything, I took a non-traditional approach after I got warmed up. 


My first step consisted of asking for a dollar as a show of faith and funding from someone who believed in me and my success. With that task successfully completed and the momentum of elated gain running through my veins, I thought, why not ask for $888 for a lucky dollar with 888 printed on it?


After all, after receiving that dollar, I was printed in my very first publication. So why the fuck not right?

A Positive Point Reminder

When I got my first apartment the day I moved in a woman was moving out and had two paintings, she stopped me on the way in and asked me if I wanted them. Since I didn't have many wall decorations I said yes.  I would find out later that one of the paintings was by an artist (Roberto Lupetti) who helped restore the Sistine Chapel and was trained by that group of painters. When I hung it opposite a sliding glass door I thought for a second that the reflection in the jug was of my studio apartment, it lined up perfectly. Of course, it was only for a second because I knew paint shouldn't be reflective.  I am still marveling over the detail of this painting, and the multiple complexities it displays. I always enjoy viewing it. It’s also an example of something I received all mine to keep just for being me with no strings attached. A positive point reminder that good things do happen in reality and that I can look forward to more.

Old Endings and New Beginnings

It’s been quite the year for me, with many different endings and beginnings in all areas of my life, all of which have brought about increased clarity and satisfaction. One area of importance is where I am where I’ve been and where I‘m going according to this nine-year of completion. I feel myself moving forward according to my passions and preferences, not alone, but in a way that allows me to do so with others who are doing the same or are wanting to and wanting to know where to start.  I respect my path and preferences while respecting the path and preferences of all others with discernment.
