Flow Clarity and Trust

I’ve noticed an increase in flow clarity and trust, as well as the ability to get really clean about what's right for me right now. Today, I am taking a step back and just allowing it to unfold in an even more satisfying and congruent way. Today feels like a good day for it anyway. 


It’s an interesting process, getting clear on my choices while allowing the clarity and flow of them coming to me with ease. With February being the month of love and the start of the lunar new year for 2026, there is a lot of energy to integrate, process, allow, and refine. 


So far so good… 


At the beginning of the year, I created a randomly generated picture for 2026 and the new year. This seems an appropriate repost for February. I am allowing it to unfold for me in whatever way my new, clearer choosing brings. 







I am also interested in seeing what new choices the fire horse brings.

A Positive Point Reminder

When I got my first apartment the day I moved in a woman was moving out and had two paintings, she stopped me on the way in and asked me if I wanted them. Since I didn't have many wall decorations I said yes.  I would find out later that one of the paintings was by an artist (Roberto Lupetti) who helped restore the Sistine Chapel and was trained by that group of painters. When I hung it opposite a sliding glass door I thought for a second that the reflection in the jug was of my studio apartment, it lined up perfectly. Of course, it was only for a second because I knew paint shouldn't be reflective.  I am still marveling over the detail of this painting, and the multiple complexities it displays. I always enjoy viewing it. It’s also an example of something I received all mine to keep just for being me with no strings attached. A positive point reminder that good things do happen in reality and that I can look forward to more.

Old Endings and New Beginnings

It’s been quite the year for me, with many different endings and beginnings in all areas of my life, all of which have brought about increased clarity and satisfaction. One area of importance is where I am where I’ve been and where I‘m going according to this nine-year of completion. I feel myself moving forward according to my passions and preferences, not alone, but in a way that allows me to do so with others who are doing the same or are wanting to and wanting to know where to start.  I respect my path and preferences while respecting the path and preferences of all others with discernment. I now release the tug of war called “uncontrollable” and allow all others to learn their own lessons at their own pace along their own path.  I now control the only thing controllable by me (me), which includes the way I feel and what I choose to focus upon. -Sharonda M Thomas Leave a comment below if you’d like to learn more
